ShaperAid is a Global Shapers cross-Hub initiative that provides a reusable framework, platform and amplification layer for humanitarian campaigns. The Hubs and humanitarian partners involved vary by campaign.

What remains with the campaign
- Verifying the need with local and affected-community input
- A named campaign lead, backup lead and clear owners
- Selecting and maintaining the NGO, delivery or fund relationship
- Operating an actual donation route
- Creating, publishing and updating campaign content
- Consent, dignity and sensitive-information decisions
- Publishing accountability and final reporting
ShaperAid does not hold donations, guarantee an NGO partner, guarantee fundraising results, or automatically run day-to-day campaign execution.
Campaign-specific collaboration
ShaperAid is not a fixed consortium of delivery partners. Each campaign can have different lead Hubs, supporting Hubs, NGOs, fund recipients, delivery partners and collaborators depending on the context.

These labels are used on campaign pages so it is always clear who did what.
When local capacity is constrained
A local team operating inside the affected area can anchor verification, context and partner relationships while a remote co-lead or supporting Hub handles design, publishing, scheduling and cross-Hub coordination. Accountability stays clear: named owners for partner liaison, communications and reporting.
Local knowledge anchors the campaign. The workload can be shared.
